Shipping
We use DHL as our main carrier to ship online orders from Bali, Indonesia.
Worldwide shipping is $15. Free shipping on orders above $200.

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, Monday – Friday. All orders received after 5pm EST, will be shipped the following day.

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer with details.
If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages and do not issues refunds for unclaimed packages. To prevent this from happening, we ask our customers to look out for any delivery attempt notifications.
Once the package has left our warehouse, DHL is responsible for your package. OceanSpoken cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customs duties or taxes are not payable by OceanSpoken. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – note that regulations and guidelines differ by country and we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.

Returns and Exchanges
We take great care to ensure our swimwear fits well and most importantly, makes you feel confident and beautiful. Please note that we are a small business with limited inventory therefore if you would like to return or exchange your order please let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will gladly refund or exchange your full-price purchase.

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused.
All tags must be attached, including the protective hygiene seal.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on International orders.
